🔄 Return Policy


Returns are accepted only if the product is:


Damaged or defective on arrival


Wrong item received


Size issue (if applicable and returnable)



You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.


Item should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags (if any).



📸 Return Process


To initiate a return:


1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID.



2. Share clear photos of the product (for damage/issue verification).



3. Our team will guide you through the return process.




💰 Refund Policy


Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified.


Refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet (as applicable).


Processing time: 5-7 working days after return approval.



❌ No Return / No Refund Cases


If the customer provides wrong address/contact details.


If the product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer.


If the return window (3 days) has expired.
